• Excess deaths have increased by 12%, one of the worst rates in the country.

• Long-term sickness has risen by 35%.

• Waiting times for dental appointments have increased by 25%.

• The need for social care has grown by 30%.

• Emergency mental health referrals have increased by 30%.

• Autism diagnoses have increased by 20% over the last five years.

Clearly, the NHS needs reform.
