Last year, we only managed to build 246,700 new homes. But need at least 500,000 houses just to keep up with this level of immigration.

The math is simple: we’re being overwhelmed.

Our housing stock can’t handle this pressure.

Prices are skyrocketing, and finding an affordable home is becoming impossible for ordinary Brits.

Our communities are being stretched to their limits.
